Answer: Yes

Explanation: The opposite of addition is subtraction and the opposite of multiplication is division. Between b and c multiplication is happening. And the opposite or inverse operation of multiplication is division. To get b to the other side of the equal symbol you have to divide. So if you divide b by both sides of the equal side, the b’s cancel out on the side where b and c is. And then you also have to divide by b on the other side. So you get a divided by b equals c or a/b=c.
