Nearly all movement in the body is the result of muscle contraction.
The exception of this are the movements of our cells ( which does not triggered by the muscle) , and the movements of human sperm ( especially in women wombs, the sperms automatically move toward the eggs for fertilization)
Other than that, your heart bet, your winking, your breathing, your sneeze, all of it are the results of muscle contraction
