Osmosis refers to an direct exchange between two elements in contact, evaporation is a change of state, transportation usually means a physical movement, and the capillary action refers to a reaction on the surface of a liquid.
If I had to choose, I'd go for evaporation, since transpiration can be related to the ejection of water from plants to the atmosphere, and the evaporation of water is implied :)
