A straight line always equals to 180 degrees. So, 

110+a = 180
a = 70

b+c+100 = 180 (We know c is 25 degrees, cuz it's opposite of that arrow.)
b+25+100 = 180
b+125 = 180
b = 55

a=70, b=55
