It is a right triangle, so you can use the Pythagorean theorem.
a^2 + b^2 = c^2
9^2 + 4^2 = x^2
81 + 16 = x^2
97 = x^2
The square root of 97 is 9.8. Rounded to the nearest whole number, it is 10.

The answer is 10mm.

Hope this helps =)
