Since you know that you can easily split 4 to get to 2, just split the top as well.
4.[tex] \frac{15}{1} [/tex]
Since you could divide the top by the bottom since numbers already have a denominator of 1.
5. [tex] \frac{160}{2} = \frac{80}{1} [/tex] 
Then multiply by 10.
