The correct answer is:  Franklin hoped to achieve ORDERLINESS.  The rule of Franklin to become a virtuous man, was to master one virtue at a time. The most difficult virtue to achieve for Benjamin Franklin was order. Franklin lists 13 virtues to begin his project of achieving moral perfection.
