n+5=2n-6 is the equation you would use because the triangles are congruent by aas
the 90 degree angle and the other angle and the reflexive side make the triangles congruent. 
when you solve it, you get  n+11=2n, 11=n
then u plug in n in FG
2(11)-6=16
