The system is : (i) x^{2} +y ^{2} =6 and (ii) x^{2} -y=6 rewrite equation (ii) as x^{2}=y+6 and substitute x^{2} in equation (i) with y+6 so equation (i) becomes (y+6)+y ^{2} =6 y ^{2} +y=0 factorize to find the roots
