(y2-y1)/(x2-x1) which is used to find the slope of two points. Since you already have two sets of coordinate points, you can plug in the values. This would look like this:
(-14-0)/(1-(-6))

Then, you simplify to get the fraction -14/7 which simplifies to your slope, -2.
