Using the relation,

[tex]\lambda = \dfrac{h}{mv}[/tex]

We plug in the values in SI units.  Here, the values are:

[tex] h = 6.626 \times 10^{-34} J \cdot s[/tex]
[tex] m = 9.1 \times 10^{-31} kg[/tex]
[tex] v = 3.0 \times 10^{7} m/s[/tex]
