Gestures and facial expressions do not have an oral sound aspect to them. One can observe a speaker feeling uncomfortable or even lying in some instances due to their body language that they present while speaking. This is nonverbal communication and it can reveal aspects about people without the speaker having blatantly explained their behavior.
