This is one of the most frequently asked questions during any interview. The employer or HR-manager would ask you such a question in order to make sure that you are capable of working with new things/new people and new tasks. Also, it is an HR's duty to ask you questions which are meant to define whether you are stress resistant or not. So, if you know the purpose of question, you will definitely find right words to describe yourself.
