Neutral organic compounds are those whose pH are neither acidic nor basic. Having said so, the pH is approximately at 7. These neutral organic compounds are known not to react with the Bronsted lowry acids and Bronsted lowry bases. 

Because it does not form any reaction, it can be concluded that the neutral organic compound's solubility cannot be changed or altered.
