Can animals cells and plants cells do photosynthesis?

animal cells can not do photosynthesis, but plants can. In order for ether of these cell to have photosynthesis  it must use light energy to convert carbon dioxide and water into glucose. hope this helps, good luck

Animal cells can’t do photosynthesis,plants yes if they have the pigment of chloroplasts .
