Resource based view measures companies success based on the resources owned by the company, which are tangible in nature. where as both tangible and intangible resources plays a critical role in a company's success. For efficient utilization of the resources, strategic resources plays a critical role which drives companies success. Neglecting intangible resources is a biggest limitation of resource based view.
