Why can fascists van gain power?

I'm gunna assume you mean the 3rd Reich (National Socialists, or Nazis)

They took power because of the shape of Germany in the 1920s. It was in very poor shape and leadership was needed. People wanted to be proud of Germany. That's one reason why the Nazis took power.
