The best thing to do would be for the person to try and tend the injury themselves such as putting sum rubbing alchohol on so that the injury will heal better and then maybe wrapping a bandage or bandaid around the injury. if the injury is to severe, a multiple amount of people will be acquired to tend to the mans/womans injury.
