You are trying to find the probability of a blue candy not containing nuts.

So since we're only looking at the blue, forget about every other row except that one.

So in total, there are 50 blue candies.

Without nuts, there are 20 blue candies.

20/50 = 0.4

Then move the decimal two points to the left to get your percentage.
