the equation of a line that pasees through the point (x1,y1) and has a slope of m is
y-y1=m(x-x1)
so given

point is (8,2) and slope is 5/8

y-2=5/8(x-8)

if you wanted slope intercept form
y-2=5/8x-5
y=5/8x-3

if you wanted standard form
5/8x-y=3
