The correct order of steps in the research process is "Defining Issues or Problems", "Designing the Research Project", "Collecting Data", "Interpreting Research Data", and last "Report Research Findings". The purpose of doing research is to solve an existing problem. Thus, first, we have to define the problem that we want to solve.
