Bacteria are able to reproduce a human gene because genetic codes are similar in all organisms except for a few organisms. Because of this fact, the translation process system, which translate the sequence of the MRNA of bacteria can read the genetic codes in human genes. Thus, it can put the amino acids in the right sequence and produce a human protein.
