X - Intercept
  3y - 6x = 3
3(0) - 6x = 3
    0 - 6x = 3
        -6x = 3
         -6    -6
           x = -0.5

Y - Intercept
  3y - 6x = 3
3y - 6(0) = 3
    3y - 0 = 3
         3y = 3
          3     3
           y = 1

X - Intercept and Y - Intercept

(x, y) = (-0.5, 1)
