Jacobo Arbenz Guzman was a democratically elected
president of Guatemala and US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) carried out an
operation to depose him in order to end the Guatemalan Revolution. The operation
was code-named Operation PBSUCCESS was installed by US-backed authoritarian.
