Look if you go back into time and look at a growth chart of a monkey ape and a human you can see that from the first trimester we all start out the same way we grow the same way like our fetchers look the same but when we get to the second trimester we stop looking like.... this picture explains how human embryos and chicken embryos look so much alike... hope this helps....
