Why is a Jaguarundi body like a weasel?

The Jaguarundi has the body characteristics of a weasel simply so that it can move like a weasel. Weasels are fast and can get around swiftly and with ease. The Jaguarundi has a cat-like stature, but takes on  the movements of a weasel.
