The thing which the gentlewoman tells the doctor is that Lady Macbeth has been sleepwalking. But he omitted some important details that also have happened during her last sleepwalk. She was talking to herself and it turned out that she took part in the conspiracy to kill King Duncan and also that she knew all the details about the murder of Lady MacDuff and her family. He has no witnesses, that's why he didn't tell anything.
