the relationship between the radian measure of an angle and a circle's radus and circumference can be discribed as follow. The main formula is 
C= 2x R x Pi, Pi is an angle measured in radian, R is the radius and C is the circumference, so C is 2 times of the product of the radian measure of an angle and the radius.
