No its not 35%. Its 32.5 %
If it costs 100$
25% × 100$ = 25$
So price after 25% off is 100$ - 25$ = 75
10% × 75$ = 7.5 $
75$ - 7.5$ = 67.5$
100 - 67.5 = 32.5
