2x²-10xy+3xy-15y²

Add like terms.

2x²+ (-10xy+3xy) -15y²

Simplify.

2x² + (-7xy) - 15y²

Rearrange the equation.

2x²-15y²-7xy

There are four terms in your algebraic expression.  Notice that the left two terms have the factors 2 and x in common, whereas the right two terms have the factors 3 and y in common:

2x(x-5y) + 3y(x-5y).  Can you now factor this further?  Note that the two terms here have a common factor, (x-5y).
