Mitosis and cytokinesis.

Mitosis is the process of one cells becoming two daughter cells in order to repair old, damaged cells and for growth. Cytokinesis occurs at the end of mitosis where the cell (after undergoing all processes of mitosis which include prophase, metaphase, anaphase, and telophase) splits into two cells.
