Take notes by hand, not on a computer.

Chunk your study sessions.

Test yourself. A lot.

Change the way you practice.

Exercise regularly.

Get more sleep.

Learn several subjects in succession.

So if u want to learn a subject easily then what u recommend u do is get someone to talk to you, revise (I’m bad at it tho) don’t over work urself. Take some notes of the subject ur wanting to learn . Don’t take ages learning that or you’ll fall behind on all the other subjects so yh
