Dr.Purple wants to buy candy bars for all his 143 math students. He buys 9 cases plus 8 more individual bars. How many bars are in each case?​

There is 15 bars in each case.

Subtract 8 from 143 and you get 135.

Divide 135 by 9 and you get 15 :)
