A guy has 24 inches of yarn. How many feet of yarn does he have

Every foot is equal to 12 inches.  So, to find the number of feet in 24 inches, you have to divide 24 by 12:

24 inches / 12 inches per foot = 2 feet

The guy has 2 feet of yarn.
