I NEED HELP ASAP 100 POINTS. Theoretically if you spilled puffy paint down your arm and it won't come off what do you do. If hot hater and soap won't work what do you do that's NOT peeling it off, since that would hurt A LOT
Personally I would hop in the shower and use baby oil or olive oil in a good amount and start to scrub a little bit. It might take a little time but that typically works for me and my brothers.
