 The equation of the line is y=3x-2

             = -3/-1

         m   = 3

We have the slope of the line m= 3, so the line equation is  

y= mx+b

y =3x+b

For instance, the first point(3,7):

y= mx +b

7= -9 +b

b= -2

 The equation of the line is y=3x-2
