The product is -x^3+x^2+10x-6

Basically you multiply the second equation (-x^2+4x-2) by 3

Secondly you multiply that equation by the variable x

You then get -x^3+4x^2-2x-3x^2+12x-6

You collect your like terms and end up with the answer -x^3+x^2+10x-6
