Answer: Hitler and other anti-sematic people believed that they were meant to rule the world because they were created better that people such as Jewish people and some African American people. This caused other Facets groups such as Italy and japan stand up and fight so that the better people in heavy quotations could rule the whole entire world. After they lost ww2 the policy changed from hating and killing Jewish people to having to deal with them and be punished for doing anything.
