How does the water that makes up icebergs differ from the surrounding ocean water? (site 2)

Water that makes up icebergs is pure (without salt), however the surrounding ocean water is full of salt. The water cycle is the continuous movement of water from the ocean to the atmosphere to the land and back to the ocean, changing it into water vapor (evaporation).
