Why do some cells divide more quickly than others?

Well depending on the type of cell we are talking about. Certain cells may have more DNA that would need to be unzipped by the RNAs. Or it may be a bacterial cell that doesn't go through the process of unzipping the DNA because each bacterial cells are exact replicas of the ones before it.
