m1xm2=-1
so
y=mx+c
-2y=-3x+6
2y=3x-6
y=3/2x-3

So the gradient of the perpendicular would be

m= -2/3

find the x and y

y=3/2(0)-3
=-3

(0)=3/2x-3
x=2

So
Substitute them all into
y=mx+c

-3=-2/3(2)+c
c=-5/3

So

y=-2/3x-5/3

I might have made mistakes since I typed this so recheck if you can
