Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Your problem → f(x) = x^2 - 6x + 8,g(x) = x - 2,find f(x) + g(x)

f(x)=x^2-6x+8

g(x)=x-2

f(x)+g(x)=?

Now f(x)+g(x)

=(x^2-6x+8)+(x-2)

=x^2-6x+8+x-2

= x^2 - 6x + x + 8 -2

=x^2 -5x + 6

I can't change it to standard form but i hope this helps:)
