13th- Banned slavery
14th- Granted citizenship to black people, giving them the rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, as well as equal protection of the law.
15th- Gave the right to vote to people of any sex, race, or condition of servitude (whether or not they owe debt to people).
