Standard form is:
a x + b y = c
and the slope - intercept form is:
y = m x + b
- 2 = 5 * 2/5 + b
- 2 =  2 + b
b = - 2 - 2
b = - 4
y = 2/5 x - 4  / * 5  ( we will multiply both sides of the equation by 5 )
5 y = 2 x - 20
- 2 x + 5 y = - 20  / * ( - 1 )
Answer:
2 x - 5 y = 20
