Hey there!
In my opinion, it's easier to work with decimals over fractions. To convert a fraction to a decimal, just divide the numerator by a denominator.
1 ÷ 10 = 0.1
Now, just multiply that decimal by your number, 200.
200 × 0.1 = 20
Your answer will be 20.
