Since its 35% off the original price.  The football would be sold for $39, because 0.65 x 60 = 39

you have to change the percentage to a decimal which is .35
then you multiply .35 by 60 and get 21.00
you then subtract 21.00 by 60 which is 39 dollars
.35*60=21.00
60.00-21.00=39.00
