Find the limit as x approaches 25:

x - 25 = (√x)^2 - 5^2 = (√x - 5)(√x + 5)

Then

(x - 25)/(√x - 5) = √x + 5

and as x approaches 25, we get a limit of √25 + 5 = 5 + 5 = 10.
