While Jesus was in the form of a man on earth, how did he know what Gods will for him was?

Well Jesus was with god in the sky helping him make the earth. Basically Jesus was gods right hand man. Also when the angle named Gabriel talked to Mary he told her what to expect and what to do. I hope this helps!
