Answer: Fifty babies will be females while fifty babies will be males.

Explanation: A cross between XX and XY will yield 2 XX and 2 XY. This means that 50% of the offsprings are females while 50% of the offsprings are males. What this means is that fifty out of one hundred babies will be females while the remaining fifty will be males
