3/10 + -1 / 10 = 3 + 1/10 = 4/10 = 2/5 correct the error in finding the sum

First, its not 3+1/10 its 3/10+1/10, second its a negative 1/10 not positive, so 3/10+-1/10. Thats the same thing as 3/10-1/10, so the answer is 2/10
